What is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Warranty Solutions

During the warranty period, if a defect in the device arises and SKINXVEXA validates the claim, SKINXVEXA will:
  • Repair the defective device at no cost, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Replace the defective device with a new or refurbished SKINXVEXA device.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?
